The reviews, case studies and research articles advance an environment of innovation, communication and collaboration. The aim of this work is to develop technologies, computational methods, and algorithms that can be used to assist the stroke population. This will also help developing a socially assistive robotic framework that can be used to assist with and speed up motor deficit recovery of individuals post-stroke. We also aim at providing a complete set of kinematic and dynamic indices for an objective measure of the effect of robot-aided therapy, and testing their correlation with clinical scales.
